On /org/[orgId]/agents, the product describes three bounded responsibilities. The Evidence analyst reads two configured Graph deployments and produces citation-constrained explanation. The Policy checker evaluates recipient, cap, lifetime allowance, reserve, version, expiry, and pause state. The Circle executor accepts a persisted eligible intent and reconciles Arc events.
